Our Culture

At Allianz Global Assistance we recognise that the happiness of our employees is paramount to achieving our goals and therefore a great deal of time is devoted to ensuring that there is a positive working environment for all our employees.


Our company size is rapidly expanding but our family ethos remains and an open door policy is expressed throughout. Working together as a team and sharing ideas means everybody plays a part in the success of the Company and has a say in shaping its future. On a personal level, we invest in the training and development of our employees and reward them for a job well done.

Communication flow is fluid and it is not unusual to see a Director making a cup of tea and giving out sweets in our call centre or our Managing Director holding a forum encouraging all employees to pose any question they may have to him.


We hold regular business update meetings and have a monthly magazine featuring developments and achievements from around the company. There are also other magazines for dedicated areas around the business. Team building days take place throughout the year and our Christmas party and summer event are the highlight of the calendar.


We hold two employee surveys a year and create a detailed action plan once the results are received to constantly improve our workplace environment. Innovation is part of our DNA and is what makes us an exciting and forward thinking business.


Our Mondiality programme ensures the wellbeing of our employees and enables them to gain reward and make a positive difference to the environment around us. The four facets of this are key to our culture of helping and at the heart of our brand. We have gained recognition as a Best Company to work for for a number of consecutive years so must be doing something right!
